I had a little accident in my Surepass car. No one hurt just slight damage to car. I just wanted to thank you and your team for their quick response in this matter. I was amazed at how quickly everything was done and i had a car delivered to my door the next morning. FANTASTIC. Special thanks to Andy and Emma and a big thankyou to Steve for bringing the car. It is at times like this that Surepass came up to the plate and surpassed my expectations. A huge thankyou from me.

You get the chance to speak with other trainee instructors and share experiences so you don't feel like you're on your own.

I began my training with surepass as I was impressed by the professional approach the company had towards its clients. This was again reflected by Sam Hirst who was my PDI trainer. Sam was both highly professional and a very confident mentor. Teaching is a matter of personal style and the teaching methods used by sam allowed me to adapt to certain situations as he used a flexible approach were it was required. Sam layed the foundations of the skills and the confidence I achieved and allowed me to build on them in my own style. I would recommend Sam to anybody who has ambition and drive to become a driving instructor. He has the potential to bring out the best in you through his own confident approach. Sam represents both Surepass and himself with a very professional manner. He has great confidence as well as a good humour!!

I would like to thank 3 people who made it possible for me to pass my part 3. Mark Crook for my initial training and his time with me at ATS, He was always very supportive and positive towards me. Mark was first person I met on my path to become ADI. He helped me make a few decisions and pointed me in the right direction. Geoff Rose is perfect for his job - he trains us how to make life easier for part 3 (as we all seem to take the difficult route) and is the pedestrian crossing and signal expert. When Geoff explains things, it’s like a light just comes on. If Geoff doesn’t know something, you don’t need to know it.(he also supplies REAL polo mints) He makes us feel like it’s us that matter. Mike Dawson Is my ATS angel - nothing is too much trouble for him, Mike goes the extra mile to show PDIs the way to success and nailing the part 3 test, as I have just done with his experience knowledge and much appreciated help. I couldn't have done it without him. Mike is an excellent trainer - his unique training technique is a winner. Mike has a special way with PDIs; he helps them get their goal - He has helped all PDIs beyond his job title, and very often at his expense. Mike is like our ATS uncle. He is a great guy, he has a heart of gold and worth his weight in gold; ATS would not be the same without him. THANK YOU to 3 brilliant trainers, with their help I am now doing the job I love and know I will be good at for years to come.
